**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at The Grange.

The ideal candidate will have a background in adult care and rehabilitation care, and be able to lead a team of support workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients
  2. Support clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  3. Administer medication and manage client records
  4. Prepare and serve meals, and engage clients in activities
  5. Perform heavy lifting tasks and drive clients to appointments

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in senior care or related field
  • First aid qualification and ability to administer medication
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, paid weekly.
