About the Role:
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work collaboratively with the nurse or senior care assistant to monitor residents and report changes
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and healthcare professionals
