About the Role

Norwood House is a leading provider of intermediate care services, and we are seeking an experienced Personal Support Assistant to join our team. As an Intermediate Care Support worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-to-one care to residents, assisting with daily activities, and supporting residents in engaging with various activities. You will work closely with the Senior Support Worker to ensure that residents receive exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver personalized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  3. Support residents in engaging with various activities, promoting social interaction and community participation.
  4. Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the Senior Support Worker.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
