About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team at NL Group Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within health and social care, with relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) being preferred but not essential.

You will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients, including assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. You will also administer medication and support clients in accessing community resources, activities, and social events.

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients and their families to ensure they receive the care they need to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and health status, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

About You
  • You have previous experience in a similar role within health and social care of at least 6 months within the UK.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • You are compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine passion for helping others.
