About the Role

In this relief position, you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our service users. You will be responsible for supporting individuals to achieve their goals, upholding their rights to independence and choice, and working as part of a structured team.

Requirements:
  • Experience in the social care sector, with a focus on learning disabilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the UK
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

We offer a competitive salary of £24,500-£27,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including supervision and professional development opportunities.
