Care Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at HC-One care home. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
As a Care Support Professional, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to deliver personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
You will also be involved in general activities within the care home, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality.
