Job Overview:
  • As a Care Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Maintain accurate records of your work and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Organize and lead social and recreational activities that promote residents' well-being and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a relevant diploma or degree in Health and Social Care.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in person-centered care planning and working with individuals with dementia.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The hourly rate for this position is approximately €18 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
  • You will receive a free uniform and meal during shifts of eight hours or more.
