Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing care that prioritizes dignity, security, and independence for our residents. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to ensure seamless care delivery, including administering medication, conducting social and recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records. A key aspect of this role is your ability to lead by example, inspiring your team to provide outstanding care while upholding HC-One's values of kindness and compassion.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to pursue a Level 3 qualification. Essential skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good time management, and a keen eye for detail.
