Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Bodyset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working autonomously, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinical pathways.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Triage and Treatment
You will take professional responsibility for triaging, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a designated clinical caseload, utilizing your high-level decision-making and clinical-reasoning skills.
Compliance and CommunicationYou will ensure compliance with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, effectively communicating with clients, referring parties, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
Clinical Development and ImprovementYou will strive to continually improve clinic standards, identify potential risks, and maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information in line with contractual service level agreements.
Professional DevelopmentYou will commit to ongoing professional development, attending external conferences and events to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
Requirements- Qualifications and Experience
A BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree, full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, and a minimum of 1+ years post-graduate clinical experience are essential.
Skills and AbilitiesYou should possess excellent organisational and time management skills, effective verbal and written communication, and the ability to work autonomously while adhering to Bodyset's clinical pathways.
