We are seeking a motivated and positive individual with great interpersonal skills to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in making a difference to our residents' lives by providing clinical, social, and emotional care.
You will be part of a supportive team working together to monitor our residents, report changes, and communicate with families, friends, and other healthcare professionals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and colleagues.
