Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
  • Support residents in maintaining their physical and emotional well-being, promoting independence and dignity
  • Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and engage residents in recreational activities, fostering social interaction and community building

Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in senior care (preferable)
