Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Support residents in engaging with various activities, promoting social interaction and community participation.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the Senior Support Worker.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Health and Social Care (2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
