We are recruiting for a Care at Home Manager to lead our care home in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to take on a senior leadership role and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the care home team.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of healthcare professionals.
  3. Ensure that all aspects of care meet the highest standards.
  4. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.
  5. Manage the financial performance of the care home.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of care services and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Proven experience in managing a care home or similar setting.
  2. Sound knowledge of the regulatory environment and quality standards.
  3. Strong financial management skills and a recognised qualification in health & social care.

The salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in delivering high-quality care services.
