About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that promote residents' independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records of your work and build strong relationships with colleagues.
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- The hourly rate for this position is €15-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Free uniform and meal during shifts of eight hours or more.

- 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and all colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role.
