Care and Support Specialist

Caremark UK Ltd is seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Scunthorpe. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality care and support to local residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized care and support to service users
- Assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and domestic support
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual needs and preferences
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
- You will have a strong understanding of adult care principles and practices
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You will be flexible and able to work varying shifts
- You will be committed to maintaining high standards of care and respect for service users
The salary for this role is between £12.00 – £18.75 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits include bank holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and a recommend a friend payment of £150.
