Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our Speciality Admin Team with SAT 5, SGH Patient Services. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Medical Secretary in delivering an effective and efficient support service to administration teams, ensuring quality patient care.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Medical Secretary in providing administrative support to the Speciality admin team
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care by providing timely and accurate administrative support
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with medical secretaries, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent typing skills (RSA II or equivalent)
  • A good level of education/GCSE or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a customer services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
