About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to manage the Clinical Team at our Options Roxby House Adult Services.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC, and valid professional registration and membership of a professional body.

As a Clinical Lead, you will work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead, coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team and holding a therapy caseload.

You will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention programmes for service users with complex profiles of need, including autism, learning disabilities, trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, who can make decisions and manage others and their own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Clinical Team and hold a therapy caseload
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention programmes
  • Collaborate with Registered Managers and the Locality Clinical Lead
  • Coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Valid professional registration and membership of a professional body
  • Experience within the specialist client group
  • Clear and concise report writing
  • Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
  • Ability to work independently
