About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, including planning and implementing care that gives them a sense of security, dignity, and independence.

The ideal candidate will have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification and have a strong background in person-centered care planning. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.

We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive hourly rate of €15-20 per hour, free uniform and meals during shifts of eight hours or more, and a company pension scheme and life assurance cover. We also offer 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays and access to learning and development opportunities.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and all colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role.
