Waking Night Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate waking night care assistant to join our team at BARCLAY SPECIALIST CARE LTD. As a waking night care assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of a child with complex care needs during the night. Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care and support to the child during the night hours (10pm - 8am).
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a CQC Outstanding Care Company that provides community home-based care to individuals with complex care needs. You will work closely with other professionals involved in the child's care to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to a child with complex care needs during the night.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with the child and other professionals involved in their care.
- Maintain accurate records of the child's care and progress.
