We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Adult Care Night Team Leader to lead our team at Edmund House Care Home in Scunthorpe.
Key Tasks:- Manage a team of Care Assistants, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff and promote excellence in care.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in daily shift handovers, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Support residents with personal care needs, prioritizing their comfort and dignity.
