Sales and Business Development Manager

Becoming an Area Sales Manager at Bridgewater Resources UK offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop your skills in sales and business development.
About the Role- You will be responsible for creating and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with business goals and sales forecasts.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and support for sales initiatives.
- You will receive a competitive starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, as well as an uncapped profit share bonus.
- You will also benefit from a package including a company car, laptop, and mobile phone, plus membership of the company's excellent pension scheme.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an external sales role with responsibility for wholesale and contractor accounts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritise tasks effectively
- A full UK driving licence
