**Minute Taker and Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Minute Taker and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development, with participation in staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Cared for Teams and Young Persons Team
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and handling telephone inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act and confidentiality standards
**Requirements:
- Qualifications: OCR (RSA II) or equivalent, word processing qualifications/experience, and GCSE English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent
- Experience: Proven clerical experience, team collaboration, minute-taking in formal settings, and providing word processing services in an office environment
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, organisational skills, effective prioritisation under pressure, and excellent communication
**Estimated Salary:** £14.40 per hour (LTD) inclusive of holiday pay
