Capital Equipment Sales Manager Job Description

This is a key role within WR Engineering, requiring an experienced sales professional to drive growth through the sale of high-value capital equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Staying informed about competitor products and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in sales, with a focus on capital equipment
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets, with a minimum of 20 units sold per annum and corresponding revenue of circa £4m
  • Leadership skills, with experience in a senior sales role or equivalent

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • A salary up to £70,000 + commission-based OTE of £110,000
