Equipment Installation and Maintenance Role

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Installation and Maintenance Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless project execution in dental practices across the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering, installing, and validating new equipment, performing scheduled maintenance, site surveys, and providing expert advice on additional costs. You will also be responsible for responding promptly to breakdowns and resolving them efficiently.

We offer a comprehensive package, including a van, toolkit, and scheduler, to guarantee efficiency and consistency. Additionally, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, a discretionary bonus scheme, and other benefits such as a comprehensive discount portal, SmartPay loan scheme, Cycle2Work scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, and more.

  • Deliver, install, and validate new equipment.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, site surveys, and advise on additional costs.
  • Attend breakdowns and resolve to completion.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, office staff, and fellow engineers.
  • Accurately record data and complete internal/customer reports.
  • Assist customers with advice on engineering, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote equipment sales and contract options.
