National Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Industrial Business Development Manager to join our team at Girbau UK.
This field-based role will involve developing new and existing customer relationships within the industrial space, promoting our comprehensive and innovative professional laundry solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building a national sales pipeline through various approaches including market research, networking, and cold calling
- Generating new business through active prospecting, self-generated appointments, and following up leads in our Salesforce CRM system
- Managing your own diary of meetings to generate sales of commercial laundry equipment on a purchase or rental basis
You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with an understanding of longer capital equipment sales cycles
- Career-driven, professional, and credible with flexibility to go the extra mile in order to achieve personal and team targets
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills up to board level
- Full UK driving license required
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
