Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Revenue Growth will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through organic expansion and acquisition of new clients.

You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales plans, and manage sales performance to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing sales performance to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in new logo acquisition, cross-selling, and account management, with experience in leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams to exceed targets.

We estimate the salary for this position to be £100,000 - £120,000 + package.
