Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable UK & Ireland sales growth, leading strategic marketing activities, and building a robust pipeline through consultative approach selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainable Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Strategic Marketing: Lead marketing efforts to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Pipeline Growth and Management: Foster strong relationships with clients and prospects to grow and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Network Building: Establish and maintain a professional network within strategic target industries.
  • Winning Service Solutions: Develop and articulate compelling service solutions to secure new business opportunities.
  • Operations Handover: Effectively hand over winning solutions to operations teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Retender Support: Provide support for retender opportunities across multiple industry vectors.
  • Bid Support: Collaborate with senior directors on major bids for bundled/TFM opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain key strategic relationships with prospects and partners.
  • Sales Excellence: Deliver operational excellence and strong sales process management.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement.
