">Job Overview
">We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our existing B2B team due to expansion. This role is remote and would suit candidates based in or around the North/North East (M62 corridor). The ideal candidate will thrive on building relationships and identifying new opportunities with significant experience in kitchen sales and account growth/development.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
- Proactively gather market intelligence to identify development opportunities.">
- Address customer needs in a timely manner.">
- Conduct weekly and monthly activity reporting.">
- Increase sales by introducing new customers according to yearly set objectives. Develop annual budgets/forecasts.">
- Build and maintain customer relationships to identify new opportunities and grow sales.">
- Understand customer needs, build excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.">
- Coordinate between the German/HQ factories and customers/account base.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- 5+ years of experience in new business sales and key account management in the KBB industry.">
- Proficiency in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a demonstrated track record of building and converting sales opportunities.">
- Strong commercial and sales acumen to generate sales and growth opportunities.">
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.">
- Self-driven, highly motivated, able to work independently and set priorities.">
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.">
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.">
