**Job Title:** Autism Support Specialist
We are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist at REESON Education in Hackney. The successful candidate will be working with young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge.
The role involves supporting pupils with their day-to-day needs in both the classroom and the community, ensuring they have access to engaging activities and opportunities to develop their skills.
As an Autism Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to support individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and inclusion.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Supporting pupils with their daily living activities
- Assisting with social activities and connecting with family and friends
- Working as part of a class team to promote engagement and inclusion
**Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
