About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Higher Education Autism Support Specialist to join our team at First Class Support. As a specialist mentor, you will work closely with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Reading University, providing tailored support to overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with ASD
  • Developing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Collaborating with academic staff and other professionals to ensure student success

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above)
  • Specific autism training course completion
  • Experience in one-to-one tuition and registration as Self-Employed
