Job Description

At Beam ABA Services, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of person-centred programmes, teaching functional skills, developing communication systems, and enhancing social skills under a framework that provides choice and promotes empowerment.

We are offering a competitive salary range of £22,295-£25,480 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as benefits such as full training, 30 days' paid holiday per year pro-rata, discretionary contribution toward professional accreditation, and more.

As a successful candidate, you will have a minimum of 1 year of applied experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of learning disability and/or autism. You must be able to drive an automatic car on a UK license and have availability to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. We welcome applications from experienced graduates, professionals from other disciplines, and candidates who have previously worked in ABA or PBS settings.
