Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Children's Health Care Specialist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to children with complex health needs in their homes, hospitals, schools, and day centers. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting these children and their families.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. You will participate in the provision of basic nursing care and specialist care for children with a range of complex disabilities due to chronic disease, congenital abnormalities, trauma, or who are terminally ill and at the end of their life. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, services, and agencies to deliver integrated, personalized care rooted in local communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide basic nursing care and specialist care for children with complex health needs
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, services, and agencies to deliver integrated, personalized care
* Participate in the development of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
* Contribute to the education and training of staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills

Requirements
* A good level of basic education, including computer skills
* At least NVQ level 3 in a child or young adult-related subject or equivalent level of experience
* Experience working with ventilated children or those with complex health problems is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with healthcare professionals, services, and agencies
