We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Willow House, a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role offers 24 hours per week, a mix of days and nights, providing a healthy work-life balance.
About the Role:
- Promote outstanding care and support to our residents, working closely with the management team to develop and improve services.
- Produce high-quality written reports based on nursing assessments and observations, ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained.
- Administer medicines within healthcare guidelines and procedures.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- A current NMC Pin Number
- Excellent understanding of latest nursing practices
- Ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits
- Dedication to patient recovery and empowerment
