We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our passionate team at Kings Norton Hospital.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard. This will involve creating individualised care plans, liaising with external suppliers and healthcare providers, and monitoring the performance of support workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a safe clinical environment
- Developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Leading and managing a team of support workers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
