Client Success Manager

As a Client Partner at Fenergo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling Fenergo's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong senior relationships with assigned clients, serving as the senior Fenergo point of contact for client escalations.
- Implementation: Work with Sales teams on pricing/scoping and planning of opportunities, ensuring a product-led approach and leveraging the existing capability of the platform.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify cross/up-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and business objectives, staying informed about industry trends and client challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management within the financial services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
