Strategic Client Success Manager

Drive successful ThoughtSpot implementations and foster long-term relationships with key clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results and exceed customer expectations.
About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing exceptional client service and strategic guidance.
- Manage project lifecycles, ensuring seamless delivery and timely outcomes that meet or exceed customer objectives.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS, driving advocacy and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client goals, pain points, and business objectives, informing solution development and deployment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, product, leadership, and support, to resolve customer issues and drive success.
- Develop and maintain best practices resources for delivering ThoughtSpot solutions, sharing expertise across the organization and with clients.
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training for customers and end-users, empowering them to maximize ThoughtSpot's value.
- Coach clients on optimal usage strategies, adoption tactics, and ROI optimization techniques to ensure long-term success.
- Promote client interests and advocate internally for their needs, fostering a culture of selflessness and excellence.
- Identify and facilitate follow-on growth opportunities within client accounts, driving revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including ThoughtSpot, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Extensive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various internal and external groups.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a high degree of technical curiosity and a passion for driving customer success.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adept at influencing others to work collaboratively towards shared goals and objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions.
- Able to travel as needed to support client engagement and partnership development.
