About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at S&P Global Market Intelligence. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your exceptional customer service skills and experience in account management to drive growth and retention within our client base.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong motivation to learn new applications. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in capital markets, finance, investor relations, or a relevant field is required.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding phone and email support for corporate clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and troubleshooting issues efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and update knowledge base tools. Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely assistance to clients through phone and email support
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to internal teams when necessary
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless support and ongoing innovation
