Job Summary:
ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Senior Account Development Manager to drive growth and development through strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of logistics industry experience, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful sales plans.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and leading a team of inside salespeople, developing tailored growth strategies for each account, and managing team deliverables concerning sales performance and pipeline management.
We require strong negotiation skills, extensive sales experience, and proficiency in systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software. We offer a competitive salary of £75K+ base pay (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission, along with a company car/car allowance, mobile phone, laptop/iPad, and private medical insurance/healthcare employee assistance.
