The Role:

We seek an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic UK Sales team, selling POS hardware and expanding into self-service kiosks and proprietary software. This senior role involves managing high-value accounts, fostering relationships with existing clients, and generating new business.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive hardware revenue through strategic partnerships and end users.
  • Maintain and develop key relationships with important partners, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Liaise with decision-makers in large corporations, negotiate contracts, and manage complex discussions.
  • Recruit new partners in emerging market segments.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to close opportunities.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Technical, and Marketing teams.
  • Provide feedback from the field to internal teams.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and expos.


Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Expertise in the Kiosk
  • Experience working with end users and channel partners.
  • Proficient in sales and business development.
  • Strong analytical and commercial information interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Competent in producing accurate quotes and influencing others.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Professional, customer-focused, adaptable, and committed.
  • Full clean driving license.
