Job Description
UK Workplace Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced mental health professional to provide onsite mental health support to employees at our client site in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex mental health cases and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include conducting robust risk assessments, implementing clinically appropriate treatment plans, and monitoring and case managing a caseload. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in counselling, current accreditation with a relevant professional body, and significant experience working with a broad range of psychological health issues. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required, with evidence of CPD hours and learnings in a range of modalities.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including private medical insurance, critical health insurance, and a discretionary bonus scheme.
