Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience">
  • Proven expertise in workplace wellbeing and employee support">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team">

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • A matched pension scheme up to 7% of salary">
  • 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 2 years, plus 10 extra days every 5 years">
