Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Workplace Wellbeing Manager to support the Health & Wellbeing Service at the House of Commons. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver health and wellbeing services, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote and maintain a healthy working environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience of managing a team of professionals in a healthcare or wellbeing setting
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
