About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Training Specialist to join our team at Workplace Options. As a Global Learning Solutions consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing best-in-class training on behalf of our department. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and help individuals become healthier, happier, and more productive.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare content on various topics related to mental health and wellbeing, including training sessions, webinars, and professional development programs.
- Consult with clients on customized training needs and create proposals based on their requirements.
- Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions on mental health and wellness topics.
- Facilitate standard and bespoke training sessions, ensuring effective localization and compliance with our translation policy.
- Manage bespoke learning projects as part of our promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field (minimum).
- Strong technology aptitude, with proficiency in MS Office 365, eLearning/LMS systems, and other training tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with sensitivity to working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Appreciation for cultural diversity and expertise in establishing data quality standards.
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
LocationUK, with flexibility to work remotely or from our Ealing, London office.
