We are looking for an Activities and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at Brookwater House, a 5-star hotel-like care home in Enfield.

About the Role

As an Activities and Wellbeing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote the physical and mental wellbeing of our residents.

Your role will involve planning and coordinating activities such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and outings. You will also support colleagues in maintaining their wellbeing and lead by example in creating a positive atmosphere.

A good understanding of the local area and knowledge of community groups is beneficial, as residents often participate in days out and events. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for care planning and activity engagement documentation.
