Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our Westfield White City Wellbeing Hub team. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

About the Role
  • Salary: £22,500-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Part-time, 3-4 days a week, including weekends and late nights
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors
  2. Drive sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
  3. Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and cleanliness
  4. Assist with cash handling, banking procedures, and stock management
  5. Support the team and store management with daily tasks and projects
Requirements:
  1. Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment
  2. A passion for wellbeing and customer service
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  4. Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  5. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
