Job SummaryWe're seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our Westfield White City Wellbeing Hub team. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
About the Role- Salary: £22,500-£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Part-time, 3-4 days a week, including weekends and late nights
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors
- Drive sales growth through effective communication, product knowledge, and upselling techniques
- Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and cleanliness
- Assist with cash handling, banking procedures, and stock management
- Support the team and store management with daily tasks and projects
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a health or beauty environment
- A passion for wellbeing and customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Competitive Salary: £22,500-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
