About the Role

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document all customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
What We Offer

At UTA, we offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
