Wellbeing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Wellbeing Specialist to join our care team at Statham Manor Care Centre. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in terms of hours worked to meet the needs of the business. The salary for this role is £12 per hour, paid on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create ongoing weekly activity programmes that stimulate the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of our residents
- Ensure life stories and wellbeing plans are in place for each resident and regularly reviewed
- Provide supervision and coaching to the Wellbeing Assistant
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of adults in your care
Requirements:
- Experience of working with older people
- Evidence of the ability to assess, plan and evaluate the activity needs of older people
- Be creative, imaginative and enthusiastic, with the ability to forward plan
