Senior Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Corporate Development team as the Compassionate Employers Lead.
Hospice UK's Compassionate Employers programme is changing how employers support their employees through grief, caring, and the end of life. Since its launch in 2019, the programme has seen impressive growth, with over 160,000 employees across the UK benefiting from its services. Our ambition is to continue growing and becoming a leading workplace wellbeing programme.
We are looking for someone who can become a leading external voice within the workplace wellbeing field. The successful candidate will need to spot opportunities for growth and collaboration while ensuring our clients receive the most value from our programme.
This is a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) position with a salary range of £40,000-£60,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days annual leave rising to 30 days after 2 years, a matched pension scheme up to 7% of salary, and support for staff with caring responsibilities.
