Job Title: Workplace Culture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Culture Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee relations strategy and promoting a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and practices in the UK and EU, as well as experience working in a similar role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels are essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a competitive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme and training opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to leaders, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also contribute to the development of ER initiatives that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
