Your Role:

As a Collections Specialist, you will take a leading role in establishing our First Line Lending Operations function. Your key responsibilities include communicating directly with customers via various channels, supporting the implementation of arrears and collections procedures, and playing a central role in loan lifecycle events.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of 1st line processes and consumer credit practices.
  • Good understanding of FCA regulation and lending policies.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with consumer credit products.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
